Pulling Triggers

lyrics

Searching in vain
For the safety
Swallow the barrel?
I'll pull the trigger

Stop making me beg
Stop watching me crawl
I crawl a thin line
Barely holding on

Searching in vain
For the safety
I point my finger
It's on the trigger

It's you who should beg
With so far to fall
Where's your iron fist?
Your scales of judgement?
Too late for white flags
'Cause I have nothing

Get the gun
Get the gun
Shoot, shoot

(Solo)

My... Blood... Boils...
My... Blood... Boils...
This... Gun... Recoils

about

Pistols at Dawn Kent, Ohio

Joe and I originally started writing songs in the summer of 1999, but bad logistics put the project on hold until around 2003 when we were both living in Kent. We were soon joined by Damon on bass, took the name Pistols at Dawn and played a total of three shows in Akron. Nine songs were recorded, of which a few people heard only four or five. Figured I'd put these online for my friends.
